Every leader is different – so the support and experience I’ll give you will be just as unique.
Once we mutually decide we’re fitted to work together, the next step for us is to design an approach that will meet your needs, schedule, and preferences.
There are a few options to consider depending on your interest level and unique support needs.
- Complimentary Session – If you are curious about coaching, but would like to know more before committing long-term, sign up for a 45-minute complimentary session.
- 3 Month Coaching Package – The true measurement of a successful coaching relationship is the work that occurs in between coaching sessions. Since sustainable behavior change takes time, I recommend all of my clients commit to at least three months of coaching.
- Ongoing Monthly Coaching – After we’ve completed our initial coaching package (minimum of three months), we can easily transition to a month-to-month coaching agreement, as long as you are gaining value from our work together.
Once you sign up, what can you expect?
Depending on your needs, your package might include some or all of the following:
- 1-2-hour Launch Session – We will explore your values, goals for coaching, and some pre-work (which I will ask you to complete before our first session). We will also use this time to co-create our coaching alliance where I better understand your unique needs and preferences for being coached.
- 30-60-minute Coaching Follow-up Calls – During these support calls we will check in, celebrate successes, and course correct your plan to ensure you are continuing to make progress on reaching your vision.
- Energy Assessments – The Energy Leadership Index Assessment (E.L.I.) is a short, online survey that will provide you an understanding of your energy levels and how they are impacting you, your loved ones, and your satisfaction in life.
- Mind-Body Skills – Based on your interest, I can teach you mind-body skills such as meditation, deep breathing, and imagery to add to your self-care and stress-management practices. These skills are based on the science of mind-body medicine, which has proven the powerful interaction between our health and mental state.
- Coaching Session E-mail Summaries – After each coaching session, I will summarize what we talked about and any commitments you have made in a short email. This can serve as a guide until the next time we speak.
- Unlimited E-mail Access – If you have a quick question or want to celebrate a milestone, you can email me anytime and expect a response within 24-48 hours.
